Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, it will typically be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–15 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• Rest of World: 12–20 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, peak postal periods, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct
• Contact us at hello@nurture-maternity.com and we will investigate immediately

For orders delivered outside of Australia, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or our free shipping offer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are concerned about potential import duties. Nurture Maternity is not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information for the latest status update.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nurture-maternity.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier immediately.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional charge. If you prefer, we will issue a full refund instead.

Nurture Maternity is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier that have been stolen after delivery. However, if this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Nurture Maternity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@nurture-maternity.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
