Refund Policy
At Nurture Maternity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We offer a 120-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on all of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you have up to 120 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@nurture-maternity.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@nurture-maternity.com and we will guide you through the process.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
