Starting a return is simple:

1. Email us at hello@nurture-maternity.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with clear return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable postage method. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return postage.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different colour or style, simply email us at hello@nurture-maternity.com. We will confirm availability and hold the replacement item for you while your return is in transit.

Replacement items are dispatched as soon as your return is received and inspected. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund instead.

We are so sorry if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nurture-maternity.com and include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will promptly arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference. In most cases, you will not be required to return the affected item — we will advise you on a case-by-case basis.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been visibly used beyond reasonable inspection, or that are returned in a condition that prevents us from reselling them.

However, if there is a product quality issue or safety concern, our 120-Day Happiness Guarantee still applies in full — please contact us directly and we will make it right.
