Nurture Maternity sells baby products including baby loungers, baby nests, pregnancy pillows, lounger covers, and stroller organisers. All products are designed for supervised use only. Our products are intended to support parents and babies through the early stages of life.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colours or details of the products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Product Safety
Our baby loungers and nests are designed for supervised use only. Never leave your baby unattended while using our products. Our products are not intended for overnight sleep or unsupervised sleep. Always follow safe sleep guidelines as recommended by your healthcare provider. Discontinue use once your baby begins to roll over or push up independently, typically around 6-8 months of age.
We recommend that you consult with your paediatrician or healthcare provider if you have any concerns about using our products with your baby.
5. Placing Orders
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our Site are in the currency selected based on your location (GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, or EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. If you choose to pay with Klarna, you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
7. Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotional offers. These codes are subject to the following conditions:
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we believe a discount code is being used fraudulently or in violation of its terms.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, local carrier delays, and busy periods such as holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting our order tracking page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@nurture-maternity.com.
9. Risk of Loss
All purchases made through our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
