3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

The return request must be made within 120 days of receiving your order. Products should ideally be unused and in their original packaging, however we understand that you may need to try the product to determine if it's right for you. 4. How to Request a Return or Refund

In many cases, we may offer you one of the following options:

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, it will be passed to our accounts team for processing. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, the funds will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

8. Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

9. Wrong Item Received

10. Order Cancellations
